Board of Directors - Brigadier General Bert Mizusawa
Mr. Mizusawa is recognized as a national security expert and authored the national security platform for the 1996 presidential campaign. He has served as president of non-profit organizations, on the advisory board of the Association of the US Army and as a committee chair for NATO's Confederation of Reserve Officers. Mr. Mizusawa was twice appointed as a MacArthur PhD Fellow in International Security at Harvard University.
Mr. Mizusawa is a Brigadier General in the Army. Commissioned infantry, he has served three combat tours, including Afghanistan and Iraq. His awards include the Silver Star, Bronze Star and 30 other decorations, as well as the Combat Infantryman, Ranger, Master Parachutist, Joint Chiefs of Staff and Army Staff badges. He has also received awards from two foreign governments.
Mr. Mizusawa was the top graduate of his class at the US Military Academy at West Point, and holds a JD from Harvard Law School, a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College. He is a member of the New York and District of Columbia bars.

Joseph L. Poole, Executive Project/Contract Manger – is a decorated 12 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marine Corps he was afforded the opportunity to work with several different governments, agencies and entities such as State Department, FBI, DEA, CIA, ICE, (Hong Kong)RHKP, (Singapore) SAFMPC, (Thailand) RTAF, (British Army) 48th Gurkha Infantry Brigade, Joint Service Task Force and many other entities throughout his career. He has served in billets as Training NCOIC, Self Defense/Close Combat Instructor, SOG, DS Team Leader, Operations Chief and Operational Liaison. After his successful career in the military he established himself nationally as a recognized and respected expert in Security/Access Control and One Card Programs & Systems. Consulting on various projects within the private sector and higher education as well as conducting presentations for national organizations throughout the United States, he has proven himself to be a dedicated professional and a motivated leader.
